Planning Drawings FAQs
Planning drawings are a set of architectural plans, sections, and elevations. A drawing package will include before & after views with both the existing houses state and proposed design changes.
If you are planning a home extension or loft conversion and your design meets a certain set of requirements, your project may qualify under permitted development, which means you would not require full planning permission. If you are not sure our experienced team would be happy clear this up for you. If you are planning a new build, you will need to obtain full planning permission approval from your local authority.
The pricing for all of our packages includes one additional full set of revisions. This means you can change as many elements of the design as you wish, but they must all be communicated to us in one batch, rather than drip fed over a period of time.
No, we do not carry out any building works. We are a design and planning company. However, we do have an extensive network of reliable and trusted partners that we are happy to connect you with.
Payment can be made once we've issued you a quote and invoice. To pay, you need to follow the instructions on your invoice. Some invoices may have a deposit option, allowing you to pay a 50% for us to get started.
